"To My Husband" - Infinity Personalized Bracelet

Velen's top priority is the satisfaction of our customers.

We offer free shipping to all locations.

Our average delivery time is currently 7-12 days, covering the whole customization process. As we are a small business, we hope you understand the circumstances. We believe that keeping our products high quality is worth having slightly longer shipping times, and we hope that you agree.

Nonetheless, we promise to try our best to reduce the delays. We will communicate with you during the entire process and ensure there is no confusion about your product's shipment.

You will also receive a tracking number with each order so you can track your package at any time.

We are working on reducing our shipping times in the near future. Thank you for your support!

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns or refunds within 30 days of delivery for the following reasons:

• Damaged Items: If the item arrives damaged or defective.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team here or e-mail askbair@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details of the issue. Make sure to take photos and videos of the product so we can validate it's defectiveness. We will guide you through the process and ensure your request is handled promptly.

Thank you for choosing the Velen brand. We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service!
