How it works (the science in one minute)

• The belt uses red (≈660 nm) and near-infrared (≈850 nm) LED light. Those wavelengths are absorbed by cellular chromophores (notably cytochrome-c oxidase) in mitochondria, which can boost ATP production, release nitric oxide, and modulate inflammation—collectively called photobiomodulation (PBM).
  
• In skin, PBM has shown improvements in texture, fine lines, and collagen markers in controlled studies and systematic reviews; it can also aid wound/scar healing. Results depend on dose, frequency, and adherence.
